Pei Yu Kindergarten was established in the year of 1984. Founded by Mdm Ng, the Principal, Pei Yu provides early childhood education to the community within the vicinity of Bukit Mertajam.

Principal's message
All these days Pei Yu has set a strong objective to educate children not only intellectually, but creatively. This has being met with various activities such as computer, learning program, mental arithmetic, handicraft, various talent competition that has proven the children talents, such as singing competition, story telling, drawing, writing skill, I.Q test and many more. Each and every this activity is the joint effort of both teachers and parents that had made it successful.
本园 教 学目标, 为 适 应 当 前 教 育的转 变 和 需 求 而 提 供 基 本 教 育, 使 儿 童 在 未 正 式 入 学 前 先为儿童们铺好完美的启蒙道路。 但 无 论 如何, 本 园 办 学 的 原 则 切 是 尽 力 设 法 使 幼 稚 园 教 育 能 和 正 式 小 学 互 相 衔 接 .
本园 不 断 地 提 升 及 改 善 办 学 的 方 针，使幼 儿 们 能 提 高 学 习的 态度 及 兴趣，同时 回 味 在 幼 稚 园 的 快 乐 生 活。在此也希望及欢迎各位提供议见及批评，而加以改善。老师们是引导者也是孩子学习的对象。老师最重要的是要有耐心和爱心，经常提升及充实自己，让孩子开 心的玩，开心的学习。使儿童的智力，独立生活能力及品德行为好习惯都有健全发展。
